Week 2!

Salsa your ass off!!!
Last week was awesome. Shani and JC started off the lesson with UQ Dance's largest MERENGUE CIRCLE - it was insane!!!! Next Shani and JC led y'all into some intro Salsa. You guys really nailed that, so we expect you all back this week to extend your salsa some more. Remember that you can start up any week - so if you missed last week, come along this week! JC and Shani will be doing some more Salsa (and hopefully another merengue circle!!!). Please bring your friends!!! The more the merrier (and we do like to be merry!)!
One thing i need to mention is that there are a number of people who did not pay for their UQ Dance membership on market day - we need your $2 membership fee so we don't fail the audit! Don't worry, just bring it along this week and we will all be smiling!
Next week is the first picnic for the year - keep a look out for an email in your inboxes!

Tuesday
Head along to the Live Wire Bar @ the Treasury Casino. Camel and Shani will be teaching a 30 min Salsa workshop. Following, Hot Mambo, a brissie based live Latin band will be playing - no covercharge!!!
Wednesday
I shouldn't need to tell y'all (as i'm sure you are super-excited) but head along to the Student Union Building for your weekly dose of UQDance! The Lesson starts @ 6.30pm - make sure you don't miss it!
Thursday
Head along to Greenslopes Bowls Club for your weekly West Coast Swing Session. This is a social class, so you can start any week you like. West Coast is smooth, fun, and sexy - go along and give it a go. Allan and Holly will be coming along later in the year to teach you a few things, so why not get a head start. Starts @ 7.30pm and is only $12 for students! Flash your UQDance membership card!!!
Friday
Head along to Little Stanley Street or Brisbane Square from 8pm onwards for your weekly dose of Salsa on the street. Take your friends along and have an absolute ball!!!
Sunday
Head along to Casablancas on the top of Caxton Street for Sunday Salsa Seduction! This is one of the hottest weekly dance events. There is a beginners workshop @ 7pm, but the real action heats up @ 7.30pm when the floor gets packed out by some of the sexiest latin dancers Brisbane has to offer!
