Goodbye 2009!

UQ Dance for 2009 has come to an end . . .
Well, that's it folks - another year of UQ Dance has come to an end. Thank you to everyone who came along and gave UQ Dance a go. We have had so much fun and can't wait til next semester to get right back into it!
Looking for your dancing fix these holidays, i recommend the following regular events:
Thursdays:
West Coast Swing @ Greenslopes Bowls Club.
Fridays:
Salsa @ Little Stanley Street, and Salsa @ Brisbane Square. Swing Dance Brisbane have regular Swing Shacks every second Friday - Check out their website.
Sundays:
Zouk and the City (www.zoukandthecity.com.au), and Latin Dancing @ Casablancas.
I also recommend the following dance schools if you want to take a class or two:
Smooth Latin Groove have their next block of dance classes starting mid January, so head to http://www.smoothlatingroove.com.au/home to check out the details and enrol. Our 2010 Vice-President is a teacher for SLG.
Rio-rhythmics will have a new term beginning in the new year, so head to http://www.riorhythmics.com.au for all the details. Our 2010 President is a regular member of Rio-rhythmics
Swing Dance Brisbane will start up again in mid February. Your 2010 Public Relations Camel learnt all the East Coast Swing he knows from Mark and Jen, and will be heading back in 2010.
Raw Connection have on-going casual classes in West Coast Swing. One of your 2010 Troupe Leaders and your Public Relations Camel are regulars!
